All orders must be collected from the event at Heather's table. Any uncollected orders will be forfeit, with no option for shipping or refund. Please understand Heather will have very limited stock at the event. If you do not preorder, she cannot guarantee that she will have what you are looking for. Heather will ONLY be selling special edition omnibus and special edition paperbacks at events for the foreseeable future. If you wish to purchase existing individual copies, please do so from your favorite retailer and bring them along for Heather to sign. One copy per item permitted per person. Duplicate orders will be cancelled and refunded prior to the event. If you are having someone pick up your order for you please put their name in the check out message. The person picking up for you MUST have a printed copy of your invoice.
