Refunds can be given up until the form close date. You must pick up your preorder at the event. I can ship to you but there will be shipping charges. Please note: All book 1s, standalones, and omnibuses will be personalized and signed, but books 2, 3, 4s will just be signed. Depending on the line, this may change.
