100 bestselling authors and bookish vendors convene at the Hilton Pensacola Beach Convention Center for THREE days of book loving fun with readers and special guests. Welcome Wednesday Meet & Mingle kicks off the convention on 15 October (7-10 p.m.), followed by Thirsty Thursday learning day (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.) full of writing and publishing industry experts teaching how-to classes and leading workshops, then Fangirl Friday (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.) offers author panels and fun interactive activities with the authors and readers, and a 'Book Birthday Bash' (5 - 8 p.m.) to celebrate our authors' new release books with readers, and opportunity to be the first readers to have the new releases in your hands and signed before the rest of the world gets their hands on physical copies! Finally, Super Signing Saturday (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.) is a full day of bookish bliss - our authors signing books for readers, and bookish vendors fulfilling your bookish swag needs. Tickets are available in four levels. Top tier is Flamingo🦩VIP (all 3 days - only 100 available). Fangirl VIP (Fangirl Friday and Super Signing Saturday - includes 2-hour early entry to the book signing event + general admission). Early Bird VIP (early entry for Super Signing Saturday + general admission). General Admission (1 - 5 p.m. on Super Signing Saturday). We never charge extra for individual author signing events (we have ALL of our authors available for the book signing for all tiers of ticket holders - included in your ticket price). VIP ticket holders receive a commemorative badge, lanyard, tote, and first dibs at the swag grab tables and early entry opportunity to pick up favorite books signed by the authors and special edition swag while supplies last. Preorders from participating Beventi authors guarantee the books you purchase ahead of time are waiting for you at the authors' tables reserved in your name for pick-up and autographs.
