ROSE28 is a large Romance Book Festival in the South of England, the first in what we're hoping will become an annual celebration of romance, books and all the fabulous bookish community.
At the spacious and comfortable Hampshire Court Hotel in Basingstoke, we will be hosting up to 200 Authors and Vendors and up to 1000 ticketed readers for a brilliant day surrounded by books and bookish merch.
