Foothills Book Fest has become one of Alabama’s largest book festivals, held each year on the second Saturday of October at the Jasper Civic Center in Jasper, Alabama.

Now entering our 4th year in 2026, Foothills Book Fest brings together authors, and bookish vendors for a full day celebrating stories of every genre. From fantasy and romance to thrillers, children’s books, nonfiction, and more, there’s something for every kind of reader.
