Book Fair at Bel Air is a free, community-centered celebration of reading that brings together authors, readers, and families for a full day of bookish fun. Taking place on August 8, 2026, at APGFCU Arena in Bel Air, Maryland, the fair will feature 100+ attending authors, book sales and signings, children’s activities, and literary-themed experiences for all ages.
Now in its third year, Book Fair at Bel Air has grown into one of the region’s largest independent book events, welcoming thousands of attendees and highlighting authors across genres—from children’s literature and YA to romance, mystery, and nonfiction. The 2026 theme, “Reading is RAD-ical,” celebrates the joy, nostalgia, and lifelong impact of reading.
