Twenty-one-year-old college student Olivia feels disenchanted with her dull and unremarkable relationships with men. Craving adventure and excitement, she finds herself attracted to the morally ambiguous Commander Jitatma.

When King Hunter orders Jitatma to kidnap Olivia, she’s forced to spend three days in a mythical realm with the mysterious commander. Despite the fall of the ruthless king, Olivia finds herself reluctant to leave the man who has awaken her passion.

Olivia resumes her usual routine in the living world, but thoughts of Jitatma linger. Despite her attempts to reach out to him, he continues to disregard their telepathic connection. Everything changes when Olivia receives an amulet from Lady Anasazi, granting her the ability to move objects using her mind. As With any gift from the gods, there is a price to pay.

The amulet harbors a parasitic entity called a Dalanite that possesses Olivia. It draws energy from her magic and persuades her to indulgence in her deepest, darkest desires.

If Olivia fails to expel the Dalanite, it will consume her completely.

To save herself, she’ll have to put everyone she cares about in danger and give up her affection for Jitatma.

Olivia’s journey will tear her apart, forcing her to face the ugly truth about herself. She’ll forge alliances with former enemies, including Hunter, the former king that ordered her kidnapping and Gorgon, the God of the Underworld.

To stop Gorgon from destroying the balance of power, she will have to resist the Dalanite’s influence over her mind.
