Welcome to Palm Cove!

A town smack dab in the middle of Florida, where you’ll find many palms but very few coves. Where viscous humidity leaves most of the town’s buildings smelling questionably musty and you don’t have to search far to find an alligator.

What you will find here is a group of friends who would quite literally throw punches for each other.

Meet Mia, Shawn, Kendahl, Coby, and Olivia along with the rest of their Krav Maga family. They each have their own reasons for seeking out training at the neighborhood self-defense gym. Whether it’s to overcome past demons, learn to protect themselves from harm, or just get some me time, the gym brings them together day in and out.
