The world tells me I can’t love two men at the same time. Screw them all.

When my first boyfriend throws up after seeing me naked, I pretty much swear off love. I hide my skin under clothes and my heart behind schoolwork. Too scared to open up again, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to trust again and let someone close.

At least I have Jake and Lucas in my life. We’ve been best friends since I can remember, and that’s never going to change... or so I thought.
