Michael:

Being a stay-at-home dad was everything I wanted. My son is my pride and joy. After his mom walked out on us when she found out she wouldn’t get a cent of my inheritance, I promised him a better life. Everyone said that after she left, I needed to find a woman to help me. I was determined to show them that I didn’t need another female in my life to use me for my money and to manipulate my son.

Marie:

My past is dark and haunts me every day. I came to the Northeast, to a small town, to escape and hide from it. Keep my head down. Keep to myself. That was the plan to stay safe, stay hidden. Too bad my past is determined to find me.
