Behind the safe walls of the Vatican something dangerous is brewing. 

As a priest of the Vatican, Giuseppe has taken vows of celibacy and obedience. But, there is something about him, something everyone sees but ignores because of the benefits it brings. There’s a monster inside of him, and he doesn’t know how to control it. Especially not when he sees Evelina for the first time. Her soul called to him, beckoning salvation or is she his?
