Premise: The traveling circus has been around as long as anyone can remember. Never the same city. Never the same venue. It makes it easier to hide the people who go missing each time. Fallon DiMaggio is obsessed with true crime. She has been following the circus, tracking the disappearances, and waiting for the infamous spectacle to come to her town.
