Book Boxes - only available via this form

These are in limited supply and are first come, first served.  Given the popularity of these items, a waitlist may be formed for future pickup/shipping. 

Each box comes with some exclusive swag - a foldable fan, water bottle koozie, rubber bracelet, car coasters, mug, and tote, as well as stickers, pins, bookmarks, etc. (additional swag added upon availability). 

There is a one-book and a two-book ordering option. These boxes can include any offered pre-order specials or exclusives.  Books are not limited to author/genre and can be mixed and matched given your preference.  All included books come signed by the author.
