The journey up Blood River was easy. Coming home is a killer.
In the lush jungles of Borneo, dedicated volunteers struggle to save endangered orangutans, but what began as a noble mission quickly spirals into chaos.
Tara and Rendy, the missing team leaders, fight to protect their remote camp as it’s isolated by freak weather and supplies dwindle. One-by-one, their group falls victim to ruthless outlaws and suspicious accidents. They soon suspect that the greatest danger is among them: a lost soul with a savage bloodlust.
Charity founder Jenny and her journalist friend Alan piece together the dark mystery of the missing volunteers and staff, trapped in a nightmare where every rustle of leaves could mean danger. A collection of battered diaries, videos and photographs answers the question:
Will anyone survive the horrors of Blood River?
