I thought I had my life planned out - working alongside my boyfriend, supporting my best friend as she launched her business, and dreaming of the day when I would be able to be home with a growing family. But all of that came crashing down in a series of broken promises, shifting dynamics, and dreams shattered one doctor’s appointment at a time. My dream of a life of stability and family became a figment of my imagination.
