If you pay a deposit, the full balance should be paid by midnight on November 2. You also have until this date to receive a refund. After midnight on November 2, the items will be packed and in transit, and there will be no refunds. If you can't make the event, you can arrange to have your items shipped to you within 24 hours of the event (at your expense). If books are not retrieved at the signing, or shipping is not arranged by midnight on Sunday, November 15, money canNOT be returned.
