Personalized and customized items are nonrefundable once order is paid. All other items (including deposits) are refundable if canceled prior to form closure date of February 3rd, 2026 but will incur a 5% reduction on the return amount to cover platform fees. Orders paid but not picked up will incur a $7 shipping charge unless other arrangements are made.
