all order must be collected at the event and you do need a ticket to the event to pick up preorders. Any uncollected orders will be forfeit, with no refund or shipping option. If you are having someone pick up your order for you please put the persons name in the check out message and ensure the pick up person has a printed copy of invoice/order confirmation. You must have this physical print out to collect an order for someone else. Team Tate reserve the right to cancel any orders or refuse sale of goods to anyone known or suspected of book flipping.
