Event Preorder Terms & Conditions Thank you for your preorder! Your support means more than you know, and I can't wait to see you at the event. All preorders placed through this form are reserved for event pickup and will be prepared in advance. **Please review the following before completing your purchase:** * Preorders are for event pickup only unless alternate shipping arrangements have been approved in advance. * Orders must be picked up during official event hours at the Robbi Renee author table. * Please bring your digital or printed order confirmation. * If you cannot attend, email heylove@robbirenee.com at least 72 hours before the event to discuss alternate arrangements. * Unclaimed orders will be shipped at the purchaser's expense and will incur shipping and handling charges. * Merchandise is made specifically for this preorder event. All merchandise sales are final. * Signed books prepared for the event are also non-refundable. Book Personalization All books are personally autographed and personalized using the name on the order. Purchasing a book as a gift? Enter the recipient's name in the Notes section at checkout. If no recipient name is provided, your book will be personalized using the name on the order. Apparel Information Apparel is made to order for this event. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, and manufacturer dye lots. Fit may vary by style and size, so please review product details before ordering. Because each item is custom produced, apparel cannot be exchanged or refunded for size, color, or fit preferences unless there is a manufacturer defect or printing error. All sales are final.
