Des Sweet Wholesale Order Form

This form is for wholesale for bookstores who would like to stock my titles. Titles are discounted to 40% exact shipping will be billed at 50% cost once the order is packed. Minimum order quantity is 3 books. It can be 3 copies of the same book or spread across other titles. Orders have an art card included with each book. Bookplates can be added by reaching out via email, though I'm not always able to accommodate this request due to my signing schedule. Some items may be available for a limited time during pre ordering windows. Ordering wholesale is the best way to support me as an indie author. I'm so incredibly thankful you're here.
