After midnight on November 2, the items will be packed and in transit, and there will be no refunds. If you can't make the event, you can arrange to have your items shipped to you within 24 hours of the signing (at your expense). If books are not retrieved at the signing, or shipping is not arranged by midnight on Tuesday, November 10, money canNOT be returned.
