Preorder Policies You must personally pick up your preorder. We will not release preorders to friends, cousins, uncles, or third parties. If someone else is picking up for you, the preorder must be placed under their name. No exceptions. Book pickup services cannot be used for preorders. While we support those services, they cannot be used for Jahquel J preorders due to liability concerns. Missed Pickup = 20% Restocking Fee. If you cannot attend the event, you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Preorders require upfront ordering and shipping to the event city, and we cannot continue absorbing those costs. If a preorder book is missing at the event: We will issue a refund in person. We will not ship the item afterward. You may reorder once the website reopens. All orders must be signed for. The name on the preorder must match your confirmation and may need to match your ID. Check your bag before leaving the table. Once you leave without checking your items, we are not responsible for missing products.
