This form is for preorders for Book Harvest. To ensure you receive a copy of the book you’d like, please place a preorder for the event. I will have limited quantities available for sale on the day of the event. Each preorder will come with swag! All books must be picked up at the event. If your preorder is not picked up, books will not be shipped. If someone else will be picking up your preorder, please indicate who will be picking up your order.
