If you are outside the United States, you can always purchase my books through Amazon. All paperbacks will come signed and with swag. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and using USPS's lowest possible rate. Lead Time Books that are in stock will ship within 1 week and you'll receive the tracking information as soon as they ship. Books that are out of stock will generally arrive in 3-4 weeks, but may take longer depending on how quickly I receive the books from the printer.
