This is a preorder form for Tati B. Alvarez and Anastasia Dean. Please read for important instructions and information before filling out this form. Books will have a LIMITED AVAILABILITY at the event (this means there are only a limited quantity available for sale, so if you'd like to ensure you get your copies, I suggest pre-ordering just in case) 1. All preorders will include a bookmark, pen, and a surprise for no added cost. 2. All preorders will be pre-signed. 3. All preorders MUST be picked up at the event. If you do not pick them up, I will have no choice but to give it away. Shipping will NOT be an option. Refunds will NOT be given if you do not pick-up your order. 4. When picking up pre-orders from me at the event, please either show me your paypal purchase receipt or your I.D. so there are no mix-ups! 5. Invoices will stay open until I close pre-order forms. If invoice is not paid before pre-order form closes, it will be canceled and I will not be prepping your order. The reason for this is that everything needs to be ordered and sent to the event, so everything has to be accounted for before a certain date. 6. After the pre-order form closes and all invoices have been paid, there will be NO REFUNDS, as orders will have already been placed for the event.
