All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations. This is an event preorder for in-person pickup only. Items will not be shipped. To claim your preorder, please provide the purchaser’s full name and proof of purchase. Orders must be picked up during the event. Unclaimed items will be forfeited at the end of the event and will not be refunded. Items are ordered and prepared specifically for each preorder, and refunds cannot be issued after the fact.
