No refunds are allowed. If an order is cancelled or not claimed you will lose any monies paid. By purchasing a preorder you understand that the Author is not responsible for any orders once they are picked up. You also understand that any unpicked up books will not be shipped or refunded/canceled. Please make appropriate arrangements with those who will pick up for you. Please ensure you have your order number and ID when picking up your preorder.
