Join us Friday night, March 7, for a Q&A with romance authors Darby Baham, Chandra Blumberg, and Denise Wheatley, moderated by Cara Tanamachi. Get ready to meet these talented authors in person, enjoy an interactive game, and see what it's like firsthand to be part of the Skip to the Good Part Podcast. Meet the Authors: Darby Baham is an author and storyteller on a mission to make women like herself feel seen and believe that love is possible for them, yes them. The former Times Picayune and Washington Post contributor often uses her doubts, hopes, and fears to connect with her readers and inform the themes in her Harlequin romance series, The Friendship Chronicles. Chandra Blumberg writes funny, heartwarming love stories about characters that feel real and relatable. Born and raised in Michigan, Chandra moved to the Chicago area after majoring in English at Michigan State University. When she’s not writing, she enjoys lifting heavy barbells at the gym, making a mess of the kitchen while baking alongside her four kids, and traveling with her family. One author with two names—Cara Tanamachi and Cara Lockwood—Cara is a rom-com author who writes cheerfully irreverent and bitingly funny romance novels, and your next can't-put-down read. She is the USA Today bestselling author of 39 books, a wife, mom, stepmom, dog mom, and breast cancer survivor. Cara is also the co-host of the Skip to the Good Part podcast, which she hosts with her husband and real life romantic hero as they interview romance authors to learn about their books, backstories, and inspirations. Denise N. Wheatley is a lover of happily-ever-afters and the art of storytelling. She has written over 20 romance novels, including contemporary, suspense, and thrillers. Denise is an award-winning author who’s been featured in Woman’s World magazine, Buzzfeed, Publishers Weekly, Library Journal, Book Riot, Apple Book of the Month, and Readers Entertainment Radio. Tickets are non-refundable.
