Book boxes available direct for the launch of Rules of Desire. Discreet and Model covers available and merch packs. Signed with quote unless requested otherwise on form. I estimate I will receive the books approx 2 weeks after the launch on the 26th, but I will sign and send out as soon as they arrive. Any books ordered later then the 26th will be subject to a further lead time if i need to order extra stock from Amazon. International shipping is tracked and adds 2-3 weeks Shipping has been calculated for merch, single and bundle book boxes and will apply individually. It is all tracked except for merch. US shipping includes customs and handling fees (unless certain states are subject to extra fees)
