Find suggested retail prices in GBP & USD in this Google Sheet: https://bit.ly/charlienovakretail - The minimum order quantity is 5 books. This can be any combination of my titles (e.g. 1 copy of 5 different books or multiples of several) but the final quantity must be at least 5. - Average wholesale discount across products is 35%. - Books will be shipped unsigned directly from either Ingram or Amazon. If you would like to order signed bookplates please email admin@charlienovak.com (these will be invoiced and shipped separately to books). - Please give 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive, pending shipping and printing delays out of my control. You will receive a confirmation email from Beventi when your order is placed and another from me with your tracking number (if available) upon shipping. - Shipping is calculated based on a flat rate + per book fee and will be added to your total by Beventi. - All orders are nonrefundable. PLEASE NOTE: We require you include your bookstore name, location, and website or a social media platform in the "Leave a message with your order" section of the checkout screen. Without this information, your order may be delayed. Any orders found to be from private individuals will be cancelled.
