Any uncollected orders will be forfeit, with no option for refund. If contacted within 48 hours of the event, we can arrange for shipping at the buyer's expense. If you are having someone pick up your order for you please put their name in the check out message. The person picking up for you MUST have a printed copy of your invoice.
