Unclaimed preorders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and an additional shipping fee. The restocking fee does not cover shipping. Orders will only be sent after payment of both the restocking fee and shipping invoice. Any missing items must be reported at pickup. Refunds will be issued on-site only. We will not ship items after the event. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that Demosea is not responsible for third-party handling, pickup attempts, or failure to follow the pickup procedures outlined above. Orders will only be released to the verified purchaser listed on the order confirmation.
