All orders must be picked up at Wild & Windy Chicago. No refunds will be issued. If you can no longer attend the event, you can have a friend pick up your preorders. Please contact admin@lucylennox.com to make these arrangements. All books will be pre-signed. Personalization is on request at the signing.
