Wholesale Order Form

Thank you for ordering my books for your bookstore! At this time, I am only selling direct to bookstores in the United States due to shipping fees. I am currently not offering my books through IngramSpark. All books are priced wholesale at a 45% discount. All paperbacks will come signed. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and using USPS's lowest possible (media mail) rate.
