Please fill out forms completely and read all instructions. All invoices are expected to be paid in full upon receipt (unless you are splitting your payments). There will be a split payment option for orders over $100. Please note the initial minimum payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice, and final payments must be made by January 31, 2026. Any orders not paid by the required date will be canceled. There will be no follow-up you are expected to contact Danielle if there's an issue.
