By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms: • All pre-orders are for collection in person at the specified event. Orders cannot be shipped after the event. • Due to the personalised nature of event stock planning, pre-orders are non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend the event. • If your order is not collected during the event, it will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued. • Please ensure you are able to attend the event before placing your order. Pre-orders cannot be transferred to another event.
