Refunds are available up to 2 days before the event date. After this cut-off point, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Unless you preordered Personalised books then no refunds are given. If a book has already been picked up at the event, it is considered final sale and non-refundable. If your order is packed incorrectly (wrong item or missing item), we will offer a refund or exchange upon verification. Thank you for understanding and supporting indie authors.
