All books will be hand signed and made out to the name you use on this form, these can be signed on the day if preferred. Please pre-order, as I will only have a limited amount of stock on the day. All pre-orders must be paid for in advance. Pre-orders that are not collected on the day, will not be refunded, but can be shipped out at a later date if buyer covers postage fees.
