This form is for preorders for Calan Mai Book Fest & Ball attendees at the May 3, 2025 event in Lakeside, TX. I will have limited stock at my table, so by filling out this form, you will be guaranteed a signed copy! Just a few things to note: You may designate someone else to pick up your book for you!
